- Day 1
Arusha National Park
This relaxing and scenic day trip takes you to Arusha National Park, just a short drive from Arusha or Moshi, making it the perfect quick escape into the wild. Despite its small size, the park offers stunning landscapes — from the lush forests of Mount Meru, to Ngurdoto Crater, and the Momella Lakes, known for their colorful flocks of flamingos. Enjoy a game drive where you may spot giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, baboons, and various antelope species. The park is also one of the few in Tanzania where you can enjoy a guided walking safari alongside a ranger, getting up close to nature on foot. After a picnic lunch with breathtaking views, you'll continue exploring before returning in the afternoon — an ideal day for nature lovers, photographers, and bird watchers.
